Meet Dr. Kelsey

I am a physical therapist, mom of 4, hobby photographer, pilates lover and coffee enthusiast!

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and have spent nearly 10 years working with orthopedic and pelvic health patients across a variety of clinical settings. These experiences have allowed me to develop a well-rounded skill set and a whole-body approach to patient care. Along the way, I became certified as a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC) through Herman & Wallace, and I’m currently working toward my national Pilates certification in mat, reformer, chair, and Cadillac.

My passion for pelvic health is also personal. Having navigated my own pelvic health challenges, I understand firsthand how much these concerns can impact everyday life. That experience inspired me to pursue advanced training and specialize in pelvic health, with the goal of helping others feel heard, supported, and confident in their bodies.

I bring a strong foundation in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and movement dysfunction as well. My orthopedic background allows me to look at the whole body, addressing the underlying factors contributing to pain and helping you move with confidence.

I believe physical therapy should be as individualized as the person receiving it. My approach combines hands-on treatment, movement, education, and thoughtfully designed home programs tailored to your specific needs, lifestyle, and goals. I'm passionate about making education accessible through one-on-one care, workshops, and opportunities to learn more about your body. Most importantly, I believe in meeting you where you are, allowing treatment to progress at your own pace while building confidence, independence, and lasting results.

A few things about me outside the clinic: I love photography, crafting, a good Pilates class, gardening, cold brew, Romantasy books, and most importantly spending time with my babes and our dogs.

I am so passionate about Women’s Health and I have been dreaming about this opportunity of integrating PT and pilates for a long, long time! I am thorough, an excellent listener and I love a good problem to solve!

I am ready to help! Put me in coach!
